Our Philosophy
At Aidan Lane Designs, we believe thoughtful design improves the way you live every day. Our work is rooted in the balance of beauty and function—creating spaces that feel refined, livable, and personal to each client. Every project is approached with intention, so the finished home not only looks beautiful, but supports the life happening inside it.
Hi i’m Deya
creative director & principal designer
I've always believed that a home is more than walls, furniture, and finishes.
It's where life unfolds. Where families gather, traditions are created, and everyday moments become lasting memories. That's why I've never been interested in designing homes that simply look beautiful. Beautiful is important—but beauty alone isn't enough. The homes that resonate most are the ones that feel deeply personal, effortlessly functional, and uniquely connected to the people who live there.
More than fifteen years ago, after purchasing our first home, I found myself looking beyond what was there and imagining what it could become. Not just how it would look, but how it would support the way my family lived. That perspective continues to shape every project I take on today.
As Founder and Principal Designer of Aidan Lane Designs, I approach each project with a genuine curiosity about the people who will call it home. I want to understand how you gather, how you entertain, what isn't working, and what matters most. Because great design isn't about creating a home that looks like everyone else's—it's about creating a home that could only belong to you.
Rooted in Austin and inspired by the beauty of the Texas Hill Country, my work blends clean architectural lines with natural materials, layered textures, and timeless details. The result is a home that feels warm, elevated, and thoughtfully collected rather than overly designed.
Whether through a renovation, new construction, or a full-home furnishing project, my goal is always the same: to guide clients through the design process with clarity and confidence while creating homes that feel personal, functional, and enduring.
Because home isn't simply where you live.
It's where your story unfolds.
